We wanted to buy a piece of land in a special place, and after 8 months of traveling in a van through Central America, we found it.

We are two Spanish brothers. In 2013, we made a trip, traveling 17,000 km in a van from Los Angeles to Ecuador. We had a dream to buy a piece of land with our savings on a unique site, and after eight months of searching, we found it.

We had a lot of experiences such as: working in other countries, several months-long trips to different places, teaching sports (snowboarding, windsurfing, skiing…), project management, alliances with NGOs, teaching (high school/university), travel guides…

Although our academic training is in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and Sustainable Tourism, we believe that we never stop learning in life. “Knowledge is the only value that grows when it is shared” and being surrounded by curious and passionate people is the best way to learn more every day and not get stuck in life.

We own 4 lots of land, with the idea of having enough space to accommodate large groups of people.

It has a Nicaraguan rancho with two floors of 70 m2 each. The upper floor is open, the first floor has an office and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven) and a terrace.
